Accessibility Statement of Katzir Restaurant

Updated as of 18.9.2025

At Katzir Restaurant, we are committed to promoting accessibility in order to enable people with disabilities and special needs to use and enjoy the variety of services we offer to all our customers at service and sales points, on our website, and through our telephone service centers.

About a quarter of Israel’s population faces accessibility challenges online: people with visual impairments, hearing impairments, motor disabilities, senior citizens, and more.

To provide the best, most professional, and accessible service for everyone, we have implemented the necessary adjustments on our website and applied accessibility standards as much as possible, in accordance with Israel’s Accessibility Standard, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013 (Section C: Internet Services).

The website complies with Accessibility Standard 5568 at level AA, based on WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Website accessibility is supported on major browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 9 and above.

We have invested significant resources to ensure that our website is easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, based on our strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

We provide an advanced accessibility component by UserWay, operated by a dedicated accessibility server. The software enables the site to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

The UserWay accessibility menu can be activated by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears in the corner of the page. The menu and the technology applied to the site allow for multiple options such as:

adjusting the site for screen reader users, keyboard navigation, font enlargement, stopping flashes, high contrast, highlighting links, changing font, and many other features (details available here).

The accessibility solution supports screen reader software: JAWS, NVDA, and others.

We continue our efforts to improve the accessibility of the website as part of our commitment to enabling its use by the entire population, including people with disabilities and special needs.
Please note that despite our efforts to make all pages on the site accessible, you may encounter sections that have not yet been adapted.

If you encounter any difficulties while browsing the website regarding accessibility—or in general—we would be happy to receive your inquiries for information, improvement
suggestions, or an email reporting the issue, addressed to the company’s Accessibility Coordinator:
